Project Scope:
Plan and execute a 2 floor office fitout and warehouse cosmetic upgrade. To be completed in an 8 week programme in preparation for the companies relocation from another office.

The project was completed on time and budget and to the clients’ complete satisfaction.

Project Details:
Construct 4 meetings rooms with audio visual equipment and connectivity.
Construct 7 fully fitted out private offices.
Construct multiple workstations on each floor.
Install anti-static vinyl flooring to the Engineers testing area.
Install new carpet tiles to the ground floor and waiting area.
Construct an Accessible WC on ground floor.
Construct and fit out 2 large kitchens fully plumbed.
Divide offices from testing areas
Contract installation of fire hydrant on 1st floor.
Project manage all work.
Provide OC (occupational certificate) on completion.
